TicketsNow Last Minute Ticket Destination - A Temporary Store Front Designed & Built by Mowalla

Summary

TicketsNow and Ticketmaster (sanctioned by the NFL) turned to Mowalla to create a Last Minute Ticketing destination for the 2009 Super Bowl in Tampa, FL. Transforming an empty retail location in a high-traffic pedestrian mall, Mowalla worked from the ground up to design a comfortable and bright space that represented America’s favorite pastime.  Consumers were then able to purchase last minute tickets to the Super Bowl and surrounding events in the comfort of a high-end sports lounge.

Load In

In order to create the sleek and stylish football lounge the client desired, Mowalla had to make some significant improvements to the empty space.  The Mowalla Team handled essentials like wiring for cable television, phone, internet, and surround sound to create a usable retail space.  To give the space a relaxed and sophisticated feel, upgrades beyond fresh carpet and paint were a must.  New custom countertops, art and decor pieces were brought in to achieve the desired look and feel.  The final result pleased the client and did justice to the TicketsNow and Ticketmaster brands.

Run of Show

The TicketsNow and Ticketmaster location was open for business the Thursday - Sunday leading up to the Super Bowl. Consumers visited the space to complete their online ticket transactions, speak to staff about purchasing last minute tickets, and verify tickets received via mail. Additionally, the space provided TicketsNow and Ticketmaster with presence in a high-traffic area next to many high-profile and highly-attended events in the Tampa Super Bowl marketplace.
