Scenic Lighting, Video & Audio Bring the Message to Life

Summary

A national non-profit in only its second year, PGF was looking for the right team to pull together all the pieces of their annual “Inside-Out Conference.” Mowalla ran this event from beginning to end and was involved in every aspect of PGF’s event in Houston, Texas. From registration and marketing all the way to stage design, video creation, programming and production, this organization’s brand was elevated to the next level.

The Mowalla Team organized everything from the registration mechanism for attendees to the graphic design for marketing and publicity. We worked with the client to advance the venue at the George R. Brown Convention Center in Downtown Houston. Starting with stage design, we incorporated the organization’s identity with every element. This included pre-produced video, securing and advancing all musical and speaking talent, programming each plenary session for the three-day conference, and pulling together all production vendors for stage, sound, lights and video.

Line Up

Well-known missional and Christian speakers such as Michael Frost (author and speaker), John Ortberg (author and speaker) Kirbyjon and Suzette Caldwell (pastor and associate pastor for Windsor Village United Methodist Church, the largest Methodist Church in the U.S.) and worship leader, Anthony Evans.

Run of Show

Mowalla’s attention to detail was seen in everything from the event build to the writing of each lighting cue. The Mowalla Team called the live show, managed the stage and talent, oversaw the running of workshops and gatherings, and ensured that every aspect of the conference pointed to the identity and message of the organization.
