Summary

Aheuser-Busch InBev hired Mowalla to assist in creating compelling events to coalesce with their existing activations during four of the Major League Baseball All-Star Games in Detroit, Pittsburgh, San Francisco and New York.  These events were turn-key services that resulted in professional, well-run executions that maximized AB-InBev's presence in the marketplace.

Load In

Mowalla worked closely with AB-InBev partners such as Major League Baseball and Live Nation to host events surrounding the All Star Game celebrations.  The Budweiser Clydesdales and Bud Light Lounge mobile execution were held within the MLB Sponsor Zone.  One Night Stand, a one night concert free for consumers, was held within local Tweeter Centers.  Additionally, Mowalla assisted with set up, script and run of show for the Budweiser Long Ball Challenge hosted by Leeann Tweeden.

Line Up

The One Night Stand execution was a special one-off concert for consumers featuring national acts such as O.A.R., The Black Crowes and Three Days Grace that incorporated different MLB interactive areas within the event.

Run of Show

Executing AB-InBev's All Star Game events takes special care and attention to detail.  Due to the heightened security measures put into place by the host cities, there are many rules and regulations that must be followed in order to operate safely and correctly.  Mowalla takes great pride in insuring that all these regulations are met and a turn-key event is executed for the client.
