Johnny

Johnny is group 418 solution design studio's Owner and Managing Partner. Johnny brings an experienced background in entrepreneurial and organizational development, project and change management and resource and fund development strategies. Originally from Dallas, Texas, he graduated from Texas A&M University in College Station. Johnny started working in the electrical supply industry before being called into the non-profit world. He served as a Director at Cho-Yeh Camp & Conference Center in Livingston, Texas, the Director of Operations at First Presbyterian Church, Houston, the Director of Resources and Director of Community Outreach at Peachtree Presbyterian Church in Atlanta, Georgia, the largest church in the PCUSA and the Director of the Learning Community at SafeHouse Outreach building capacity in Georgia non-profits.

Johnny is the founding President and CEO of the Bill Maness Outreach Center (BMOC) in Atlanta, Georgia. The BMOC is a non-profit organization designed to help Atlanta impact communities through transformational development. Under his leadership the BMOC began the Atlanta LEAD Institute and the Transform Project. The LEAD Institute coaches non-profit Executive Directors in many areas including board development and financial viability. The Transform Project creates sustainable solutions to systemic community problems.
